The Happy Days journey is as follows:
Pre-start:

Complete a detailed questionnaire and receive your welcome kit.

Week 1:
  • See Marnie for an initial consultation for 45 minutes.
  • Provide a full history of your health and personal challenges.
  • Set your goals for the four-week program.
Receive your personalised supplements and nutrients pack, which include:
