We like to work together to help you on the path to wellness but isn’t it great when you can share what you learn to help your family? Little people need help to cope with what’s happening in their lives too so here are a few supplements that are great for kids health and wellbeing. All of these are available in the clinic.

  • Support mental focus and behaviour with fish oils.
  • Nutrients for the brain – zinc, magnesium, iron, B vitamins, folate and vitamin C. Use a high quality multi-vitamin.
  • Chocolate flavoured herbs that help concentration. They won’t suspect a thing.

Simple tips to improve your children’s school year.

  • A good breakfast – we love eggs.
  • Sleeping – kids need more than us.
  • Routine – it’s really important for kids, teenagers and the very little ones. Some of us big ones like it too.
  • Just talk – they might not want to, but a debrief can help them acknowledge what they achieved in their day.
